Using Konta

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Konta mobile app ("Konta"), operated by Ideaplexa LLC, a company organised under the laws of the United States of America. Konta is a community request network currently available to people in Cyprus.

By creating an account or using Konta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use Konta

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid Cyprus phone number.
• You must use Konta lawfully and respect other users.

3. What Konta is

Konta connects people who need something with people willing to help. One account can both ask for help and help others. Users communicate directly with each other — usually by phone call — and agree on rewards themselves. Konta is a connection platform; it does not employ helpers, set prices, or complete requests on anyone's behalf.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for the phone number you sign up with and for keeping your account secure.
• You may not create accounts using someone else's phone number without permission.
• You must provide accurate profile information, including your real first name and area.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Konta to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or dangerous requests.
• Arrange the transport, sale, or delivery of illegal goods, weapons, controlled drugs, or prescription drugs.
• Handle cash withdrawals or transport cash on behalf of others.
• Provide passenger transport services.
• Request work that involves minors as independent participants.
• Arrange dangerous electrical, structural, medical, or regulated professional work.
• Post sexual or explicit content, or arrange sexual services.
• Harass, stalk, deceive, or surveil others.
• Post content that is false, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Rewards and payments

Konta does not process payments, hold funds, or take commissions. Rewards and reimbursements are agreed and paid directly between users. You are responsible for honouring any reward or reimbursement you agree to, and for the tax treatment of any income you earn. Konta is not responsible for disputes between users over payment.

7. Purchase requests and receipts

If a request involves buying a product, the requester sets a maximum product budget. The helper must keep and provide a receipt, and the requester reimburses the helper separately from any reward. We may remove requests that exceed a lawful or configured purchase limit.

8. Communication and privacy

Users communicate directly — Konta does not provide in-app calling or chat. By using Konta you agree that other users may contact you by phone to discuss a request. Do not share others' contact details or personal information without permission.

9. Reporting and moderation

We want Konta to be safe. You can report content or users and block users. We may review reports and suspend or ban accounts that breach these Terms. We are not obligated to act on every report.

10. Disclaimers

Konta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that requests will be fulfilled, that helpers are trustworthy, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The safety of any interaction between users is ultimately your responsibility.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideaplexa LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Konta, including any harm you suffer from interacting with other users. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Termination

You may stop using Konta at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, for safety reasons, or as required by law. On termination, you lose access to your account and its data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. Where EU or Cypriot law grants you mandatory consumer protections, those protections are not affected.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of Konta after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
