Child safety on Konta

Last updated: 2026-08-25

1. Our commitment

Konta is a community for adults. The app is intended only for people aged 18 and over, and we take a zero-tolerance stance towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how we enforce them, and how to reach our designated point of contact.

2. Who we are

Konta is operated by Ideaplexa LLC, a company organised under the laws of the United States of America. Konta is currently available as a product for people in Cyprus.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Konta:

  • Any content that sexualises or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Any attempt to contact, groom, or exploit a minor through the app.
  • Accounts operated by, or on behalf of, persons under 18.
  • Any other content or conduct that violates child safety laws.

4. How we prevent minors from using Konta

  • Adults only— our Terms of Service require every member to be at least 18 years old.
  • Verified phone numbers— creating an account requires a Cyprus mobile number confirmed by a one-time verification code, which raises the cost of creating fake or throwaway accounts.
  • Community moderation— members can report users and content, and block other users, directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team and action is taken, including account suspension or termination.

5. Reporting and escalation

If you see content or behaviour that endangers a child on Konta, report it in the app (use the report action on the user or content), or contact us directly at the address below. We respond to child safety reports as a priority.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and, where required, report apparent CSAM and threats to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement. Where legally required, we preserve and provide evidence to authorities.

Violations of these standards result in immediate account termination, and we will refer matters to the appropriate authorities where the law requires it.
